Adding in the number of 5, 7, and 10 year adjustable loans, as well as the commercial loan storm on the horizon, and we are definitely not over this yet. What is really scary - and often overlooked- is the massive increase in taxes over the next few years (property and personal), which will really have a major impact on people's lives and the way we live.
