TreeHugger includes Max Gladwell in its First Annual Best of Green.
What do Jack Johnson, Laird Hamilton, Daryl Hanna, and Max Gladwell have in common? They’re all featured in TreeHugger’s First Annual Best of Green: Culture & Celebrity. Is Max Gladwell a celebrity? We like to think so. But our superlative distinction is actually Best Green Social Media Site.
We’ll echo fellow honoree, ecorazzi, in that “we’re truly humbled to be included in a category that features incredible people and projects like Make It Right NOLA (Best Celebrity Foundation), Newman’s Own Organics (Best Celebrity Green Product), Neil Young (Best Celebrity Over 50), Jack Johnson (Best Celebrity Under 50), and Daryl Hannah (Best Celebrity).
It’s also fantastic to share rank with some online powerhouses like Max Gladwell (Best Green Social Media Site), Chelsea Green (Best Green Publisher), and Dave Burdick (HuffPo Green Editor).”
And don’t forget the guys at Twilight Earth, who share our belief that, “it’s not about saving the earth so much as saving humans.”
If you are so inclined, you can also vote for Max Gladwell in helping to determine the best of the best in green culture & celebrity.
This was a great way to kick off the Max Gladwell New Year (01). Thanks to the team at TreeHugger for their consideration.

Sorry you didn’t make the finals. Now it’s time to vote for Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch as Best of Green. Believe me, the oceans and all the animals there will appreciate it!
