		<description>The problem with this is it leaves the person open for the idea to be stolen.
If the idea has not been patented or protected what is to stop anyone from just ripping the person off and then disallowing this green idea? He may have  stocks in oil or something or just hate environmentally minded people.
This type of interaction might make one believe one can give up the idea without fear of losing the idea when in fact the idea CAN be lost by this method.
You have to get a non-disclosure agreement signed by anyone you show the idea to unless you don&#039;t care whether it gets ripped off and forgotten?
That&#039;s how I understand that end of it.
